 Final Sale Policy

  • All sneaker sales made through JRKICKZ.LA are final and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
  • This policy applies to both new and used sneakers, as the market value and condition-based pricing of limited edition footwear cannot support standard return models.

Condition & Authenticity Guarantee

  • Each pair of sneakers sold through JRKICKZ.LA is inspected and authenticated by our in-house team before listing.
  • We guarantee:
    • The authenticity of all products sold.
    • Accurate representation of condition, as shown in product photos and descriptions.

 Exception – Non-Authentic Product Claim

  • If you believe you have received a non-authentic pair:
    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@jrkickz.la with order number, detailed photos, and a written explanation.
    • We will initiate a formal authentication review. If the product is verified to be non-authentic by JRKICKZ.LA, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item in the same condition.
    • If authenticity is confirmed, the sale remains final and the sneaker will be returned to the buyer.

Buy-Back Option

  • While we do not accept returns, JRKICKZ.LA offers a buy-back program:
    • We may offer to purchase sneakers originally sold by us at a fair market rate, subject to review and condition.
    • Please email hello@jrkickz.la with your original order number and photos of the sneakers.
    • Buy-back offers are not guaranteed and are made at JRKICKZ.LA’s sole discretion.

 Shipping Disputes or Damaged Items

  • Any shipping issues or damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and tracking details.
  • JRKICKZ.LA is not liable for delays, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers, but we will support insurance claims where applicable.

  • This policy is in accordance with guidelines for resale goods under U.S. e-commerce law and consumer protection standards.
